Halloween in Woodstock, Vermont is the perfect place for young trick-or-treaters and us older ones who still enjoy a playful spirit.  Even though this yearly trick-or-treating neighborhood experienced severe damage from the hurricane, the residents managed to repair and re-build in time for October 31st.  I think it's wonderful they did not want to disappoint our children.  So let's get out and support these terrific people.  Candy collection stations are located in various areas of Woodstock.  Thank you, thank you to the kind and generous residents of Woodstock!
