There are only five distinctive accommodations at the Inn at Clearwater Pond, a luxury bed and breakfast near Woodstock, VT. Rates are per night, are based on single or double occupancy and include breakfast and the use of our facilities. Our location is great - we are within walking distance to Quechee Village and just down the road from Woodstock, Vermont. The two interstates, I-89 and I-91 are only 5-1/2 miles from here and Hanover, NH is 13 miles away. West Lebanon, NH and White River Junction, VT are only 15 minutes from the Inn.
A message to our guests who book online: If you prefer to book online (example: Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.) please note that we do not release all our rooms to online reservation sites. If you call the Inn directly (1-888-918-4466) it is quite likely that we have rooms available for your dates of choice.

MINIMUM STAYS:
A two night minimum stay is required most weekends, holidays, fall foliage and during special local events. Call 802-295-0606 or 888-918-4466 to inquire.
DEPOSIT:
50% to confirm your stay, paid by personal check.
Cash, Checks, Travellers Checks accepted.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
Refunds will be given if cancellations are made 20 days prior to the arrival date. With less than 20 days notice, your deposit will be refunded ONLY if we are able to rebook your room or your deposit will be applied to a future stay. Your credit deposit will be good for one year from the arrival date of your original reservation. We try to be as fair as possible and don't wish for our guests to lose their deposits. We even go a step further. In the event you are unable to stay with us within the year's time frame, you may transfer your credit deposit to another family member or a friend. Restrictions do apply. You must notify us that you are transferring your credit and sign a transfer form. The number of guests must be the same (or less) than the original reservation. The accommodation(s) must be the same (or upgraded) and the dates must be within the year's time frame as mentioned above. It is important to note that the cancellation policy changes from 20 days to 35 days notice during all holidays, fall foliage (September 1 through October 31), multiple (2 or more) room reservations and during any special local events, such as the Quechee Balloon Festival, Wassail Weekend, the Covered Bridges Half-Marathon. Dartmouth Graduation Weekend and weddings/private events, which are held on the property, require a 6 month cancellation notice.
CHECK-IN: 4 pm to 7 pm.
Please make arrangements with the innkeeper for late arrivals after 7 pm.

BREAKFAST: Served everyday at 9 am
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Available upon request
MASSAGES: We have two highly skilled massage therapists. Their services include: Reiki, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone, Recovery, Post and Pre-Natal. His and Hers (or Couples) Massages are also available. These massages will require 1-1/2 hours, with an initial consultation, a 1 hour massage, followed by relaxation. The Hot Stone Massage requires 2 hours. Reservations are a must. Please call us as soon as possible to ensure that your requested time and date are available.
HOT-AIR BALLOON FLIGHTS: We offer hot-air balloon flights that lift off right from our backyard. Our property backs up to the Quechee Gorge. A flight over and down into the bottom of the Gorge is thrilling and is most definitely a "once-in-a-lifetime-must-do!" In the event prevailing winds prevent a lift off from our backyard, the alternate location is only 1-1/2 miles away. Reservations are a must. Please call as soon as possible if you think you would like to reserve a flight time.
PETS/CHILDREN: We are a gentleman's farm and 2 dogs, 2 horses and a parrot reside on the property. Your pet is welcomed by special arrangement. Children are welcomed; however, in consideration of other guests, children under the age of 18 must be supervised in the library, workout room, swimming pond and all outside common areas.
SMOKING POLICY: Our farm and inn are non-smoking facilities. However, smoking is permitted on the outdoor grounds. Smoking is not allowed in or around the barns or cottage. Please be considerate of other guests.
