Upon booking a reservation on our website, we require only a 25% deposit, effective only on or after February 15, 2021. Upon notice of your reservation, we will email a confirmation to you. The 25% deposit must be paid by personal or business check, money order or cashier's check. We are not accepting credit cards or debit cards at this time. The remaining balance will be due anytime during your stay, payable by personal or business check, money order, cashier's check or cash.

We require only a 25% deposit. We understand that emergencies occur and sometimes unpredictable things happen. Should you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. We do not have a specific time period required to cancel your reservation. However, should you cancel, your deposit will be refunded ONLY if we are able to re-book your room. If we are unable to rebook your room, your deposit will be CREDITED towards a future stay. In the case of an emergency or where you depart earlier than specified in your reservation, the full amount of your stay will be charged. We will try our best to re-book your room last-minute.
OK - You Had To Cancel, Your Room Could Not Be Re-Booked and Now You Have A Credit - So, What Are Your Credit Options? Our credit policy is extremely fair but we do have certain restrictions: When you rebook, the number of guests must be the same (or less) than the original reservation, the accommodation(s) must be the same (or upgraded) and the amount of nights must be the same (or greater). We try to be as fair as possible and don't wish for our guests to lose their deposit/credit. We even go a step further. In the event you are unable to stay with us at any future time, you may GIFT your deposit/credit to another family member, a friend or your meaningful charity. Restrictions do apply. You must notify us that you are gifting/transferring your deposit/credit and sign a gift/transfer form. The number of guests must be the same (or less) as the original reservation. The accommodation(s) must be the same (or upgraded). The amount of nights must be the same (or greater).
Your deposit/credit DOES NOT HAVE an expiration date - you will never lose your deposit/credit. By booking a reservation at this Inn, you agree to our policies
